Key Requirements
Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a recruitment team.
Strong expertise in sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to develop and implement talent acquisition frameworks aligned with business goals.
Analytical mindset to track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process.
Deep understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced corporate environment.
