Key Requirements
Proven track record in a recruitment management or TA leadership role.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of recruitment specialists.
Strong strategic sourcing capabilities and experience in talent pool management.
Excellent vendor management skills for handling external recruitment partners.
Data-driven approach to recruitment, focusing on KPIs and time-to-fill metrics.
High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills for senior-level hiring.
Deep understanding of the talent landscape and market trends in Noida and India.
Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
Proven ability to handle complex recruitment projects and high-volume hiring.
