Key Requirements
Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role.
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
Strong expertise in performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address organizational challenges.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the company.
Effective communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
Experience in managing organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
A Master’s degree in Human Resources or an MBA is highly preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR actions.
