COMMISSIONING MANAGER @ CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC)
China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC) is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee start-up and commissioning activities for major oil field projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading teams through pre-commissioning phases and ensuring that all oil field facilities are safely and efficiently brought online. This role requires high-level strategic planning and technical expertise to manage complex start-up sequences in a major EPC environment. Candidates should have a deep understanding of Middle East project dynamics and technical requirements for the oil and gas sector. The role necessitates a background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of managing large-scale commissioning projects. This position is located in the UAE, and the candidate must be prepared to begin work within a 30-day period.
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of all commissioning & start-up activities
Knowledge of oil field facilities and related systems
Experience in Pre-commissioning activities
14–15 Years Middle East EPC project Experience
Oil & Gas Proven experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in major EPC projects
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams during the start-up phase
Proficiency in safety protocols for commissioning
