BACKEND JAVA DEVELOPER @ CHASE NEXTGEN
Chase NextGen is looking for a highly skilled Backend Java Developer to join our team for a critical role supporting our client in the telecommunications sector. This position is based in Dallas, TX, and requires an onsite presence at least one day per week. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in backend development, specifically within a Java environment, and must possess a deep understanding of the Telecom domain to meet the demands of this specialized project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex backend systems using Java, C++, and Python while managing Oracle databases. Key technical responsibilities include working with VOIP and SIP protocols. Applicants must hold valid US work authorization as a US Citizen or Green Card holder. This is a full-time position offered on a W2 or 1099 basis, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a collaborative and professional setting.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience.
Mandatory experience working within the Telecom Domain.
Extensive hands-on experience with Backend Java development.
Proficiency in VOIP and SIP communication protocols.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
Expertise in Oracle database management and SQL.
Valid US Work Authorization status (USC or GC).
Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX at least one day per week.
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
