JAVA DSA TRAINER (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) @ CERTED TECHNOLOGIES
Certed Technologies is seeking multiple experienced Java DSA Trainers for an urgent, college-based engagement in Visakhapatnam. This short-term role spans six days from April 29th to May 5th and focuses exclusively on intensive practice sessions for students. Unlike traditional teaching roles, there is no requirement for theory or classroom lectures; the primary focus is on hands-on coding and problem-solving. The selected trainers will be responsible for guiding students through coding challenges on popular platforms such as LeetCode and HackerRank. Candidates should have a robust understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms and the ability to mentor large groups of students effectively. This is an immediate requirement, and we are looking for professionals who can commit to the schedule and provide high-quality technical guidance to aspiring developers.
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of Java programming language and syntax.
Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) concepts.
Experience with competitive programming platforms like LeetCode.
Hands-on experience with HackerRank for coding evaluations.
Ability to guide and mentor students during hands-on practice sessions.
Previous experience in technical training or academic mentoring.
Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug coding errors efficiently in real-time.
Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts during practice.
Availability for the full 6-day duration from April 29th to May 5th.
