HR RECRUITER @ CENTURY GROUP
We are seeking a professional HR RECRUITER to join our team near Anaheim. This position is ideal for an individual with at least two years of experience in the recruitment field, specifically within CPG, inventory, or manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent. The salary range for this role is $75k - $85k plus a bonus.
In this role, you will be expected to leverage your bilingual skills in Spanish to communicate effectively with a wide range of candidates and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals. Key Requirements
Spanish speaking proficiency
At least 2 years of recruitment experience
Experience in CPG, Inventory, or Manufacturing sectors
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
In-depth knowledge of local and federal employment laws
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
