Key Requirements
Professional certification or licensure in a mental health field.
Previous experience working in clinical or community health settings.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
Proficiency in using electronic health records and office software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crisis situations.
A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field of study.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
