Key Requirements
5-6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Mandatory experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US staffing market and IT roles.

Ability to screen and interview candidates for technical proficiency and cultural fit.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Noida.
