Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field sales.
Previous exposure to team handling or leadership roles.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Proven ability to generate high-quality leads independently.
Proficiency in conducting professional site visits for clients.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Ability to drive a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
