Key Requirements
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New York.
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
Ability to work effectively in both full-time and part-time shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Strong physical stamina to assist with patient movement and standing for long periods.
Commitment to following all healthcare safety and hygiene protocols.
Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient vital signs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Reliability and punctuality to meet the staffing needs of Bronx and Queens facilities.
