Key Requirements
Proven experience in Agile, Lean, and Scrum environments.
Certification as a Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
Ability to lead and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Skilled in removing team impediments and fostering self-organization.
Experience with agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Capability to drive digital transformation and process improvements.
Commitment to high-quality delivery and customer-centric outcomes.
Flexibility to work in global environments including remote and hybrid setups.
