Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership or Executive Chef role.
Expertise in various international cuisines and fine dining standards.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams.
In-depth knowledge of food cost control and kitchen financial management.
Strict commitment to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Ability to design innovative and high-quality menus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-profile opening environment.
Strong training skills to develop junior culinary staff.
Advanced degree or certification in Culinary Arts is highly preferred.
