Key Requirements
Proven experience in event management or as a production coordinator.
Ability to design and execute immersive corporate retreats and brand activations.
Mastery of creating and managing detailed run-of-show documents.
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on color-coding production documentation.
Thrives in high-pressure environments and handles onsite adrenaline effectively.
Strong background in experience design and storytelling within a corporate context.
Demonstrated ability to turn project plans into seamless, high-impact moments.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with designers and producers.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in event production.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining detail.
