CAMNIX SOLUTION SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Technician to join our team in Sarawak, Malaysia. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across specified branch locations. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues and are committed to maintaining high standards of system reliability and user satisfaction. The positions are open for candidates based in both Kuching (1 opening) and Miri (1 opening), operating within the larger Sarawak region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, managing network access, and providing timely assistance to employees. Key Requirements
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Installing and configuring computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Performing routine preventive maintenance on all IT equipment.
Managing and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) security and performance.
Providing technical support and training to end-users in Kuching and Miri offices.
Documenting IT procedures, configurations, and resolutions for future reference.
Proven knowledge of operating systems, specifically Windows environments.
Experience with basic system security protocols and data backup solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet operational deadlines.
A relevant IT certification, diploma, or degree in Computer Science or a related field.
