CAMNIX SOLUTION SDN BHD is seeking highly motivated and skilled IT Technicians to join their dynamic team in Sarawak, Malaysia. We have two available positions: one based in Kuching and another based in Miri. As an IT Technician, you will be the frontline support, responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of our technological assets. This includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, network devices, and various software applications crucial for business operations in both the Kuching and Miri branches. You will utilize your diagnostic expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware failures, software malfunctions, and network connectivity problems, ensuring minimal downtime for our employees.

Beyond daily troubleshooting, the role involves performing essential preventative maintenance, managing inventories of IT assets, and contributing to the overall enhancement of the company

Key Requirements
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
Provide timely technical support and guidance to staff and end-users.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on all IT equipment.
Manage and monitor local area networks (LANs) and basic server operations.
Documenting all troubleshooting steps and system configurations.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/MacOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel between Kuching and Miri branches if required for coverage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
