HEALTH AND SAFETY ENGINEER @ CAIRO POULTRY GROUP
Cairo Poultry Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Engineer to manage and oversee occupational safety protocols at their facilities in El Saff, Giza. The role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of workplace safety and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will act as the primary liaison with labor offices for each site, handling critical documentation such as employee injury statistics, safety committee meeting minutes, and interactions with the social and health services fund.
Furthermore, the position involves extensive coordination with Civil Protection and Fire Department authorities to ensure that all group sites are fully compliant with insurance requirements and fire safety standards. A key part of the responsibility includes the preparation and delivery of comprehensive safety awareness training courses for all group employees. These courses must be specifically tailored to the diverse activities performed across the group and the unique risks associated with each site, fostering a culture of safety and preparedness throughout the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or Agriculture.
0 to 3 years of professional experience in Health and Safety roles.
Proven ability to deal with labor offices and government agencies.
Experience in compiling and reporting employee injury statistics.
Ability to organize and lead safety committee meetings.
Familiarity with social and health services fund regulations.
Experience coordinating with Civil Protection and Fire Departments.
Knowledge of industrial insurance and safety compliance requirements.
Strong skills in developing and conducting safety training programs.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
