QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR @ BYLD – RENOVATION & FIT-OUT
BYLD – Renovation & Fit-Out is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a strong background in the Dubai renovation and interior fit-out industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial management of projects, from initial cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation to final account settlement. Your expertise in tender analysis and cost control will be vital in maintaining project profitability while upholding quality standards. The successful candidate must possess at least one year of experience in the UAE, demonstrating a deep understanding of local market rates and subcontractor dynamics. You will utilize advanced Excel skills and construction estimating software to provide accurate data for decision-making. Key Requirements
Minimum 1+ year UAE experience (Dubai experience preferred)
Strong skills in cost estimation, BOQs & tender analysis
Experience in subcontractor evaluation & cost control
Proficient in Excel & construction estimating tools
Proven experience in renovation & fit-out projects
Ability to prepare detailed material take-offs
Strong negotiation skills for procurement and contract management
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts or similar industry standards
Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
