QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CONSTRUCTION) @ BUSINESS EDGE
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team based in Simpang Ampat. You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final accounts, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Your duties will include cost planning, commercial management, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and according to contractual obligations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work closely with project managers and external contractors in the Simpang Ampat region.

Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in the construction or civil engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of contract administration and legalities.
Advanced cost estimation and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in measurement software and AutoCAD.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Ability to manage multiple project budgets simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors.
Working knowledge of construction laws and regulations in Malaysia.
