We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our dedicated water treatment team in Ipoh. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily service operations, ensuring high-quality maintenance of water treatment systems and associated equipment to meet client standards.
You will lead a team of technicians, coordinating schedules and providing technical guidance to resolve issues promptly. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage multiple service projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of operational efficiency and client satisfaction in the Ipoh region.

Key Requirements

Prior experience in the water treatment industry is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of water treatment equipment and processes.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities in a technical environment.
Valid driving license for travel within the Ipoh region.
