JUNIOR ARCHITECT @ BUSINESS BENCH
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect to support our design team at Business Bench. In this role, you will assist in developing architectural plans, 3D models, and construction documentation for various residential and commercial projects across Tamil Nadu. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software applications
Ability to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings
Understanding of various building materials and construction methods
Strong creative design thinking and spatial planning abilities
Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of local building codes and zoning laws
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team
Willingness to visit construction sites for measurement and verification
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
