Your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) will be essential for the precision of our construction projects.
As a Draftsman, you will collaborate with the design and engineering teams to produce floor plans, elevations, and sections that meet industry standards. You will also be responsible for updating drawings based on site feedback and ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date. Key Requirements
Certification or diploma in drafting, CAD, or a related technical field
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
Proven ability to convert rough sketches into precise technical drawings
Knowledge of international and local engineering and architectural standards
Extremely high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Good understanding of mathematical calculations for scaling and dimensions
Ability to manage and organize multiple drawing sets simultaneously
Strong organizational skills for managing and archiving technical files
Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with engineers and architects
Deep knowledge of material specifications for accurate drawing annotations
