Key Requirements
Proven experience in operating heavy agricultural machinery, specifically self-propelled harvesters.
Deep knowledge of tea harvesting techniques and quality control for green leaf production.
Technical proficiency to perform basic maintenance and safety inspections on the SPH/Valiant unit.
Willingness and ability to work in Kericho and surrounding counties as required.
Strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in a field environment.
