TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER @ BRIGHTMINDSOL
BrightMindSol is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Product Owner (TPO) to join our team for a 12+ month remote engagement, restricted to candidates who are strictly US Citizens (USC) or Green Card (GC) holders. The primary focus of this role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The TPO will leverage strong analytical and communication skills to drive the solution definition process, translating high-level business requirements into clear, precise, and testable software user stories and features. This role is essential for ensuring that the development teams are working on the highest priority items that deliver maximum business value.
Key responsibilities include leading requirement workshops, engaging in detailed stakeholder interviews, and meticulously defining and documenting the program and team backlog, typically managed within JIRA. The TPO will play a crucial role in preparing for Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions and will collaborate intensely with cross-functional groups, including Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Clinical, and Business teams. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in TPO or Business Analyst roles within software development, coupled with technical knowledge of technologies such as Oracle, PL/SQL, Java, React, and Angular. Experience in the Healthcare domain and familiarity with SAFe methodologies are preferred qualifications for this challenging and rewarding position.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience as a Technical Product Owner (TPO) or Business Analyst in software development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to business leaders.
Extensive experience operating within Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical proficiency with Oracle, PL/SQL, Java, React, and Angular.

Experience defining, documenting, and refining features and user stories.
Capability to own and prioritize the program/team backlog, typically using JIRA.
