Key Requirements
Possession of an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and attendance management systems.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal relations.
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
