Brainverse Learning Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to join their growing team in Pune. This hybrid role involves managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring strict compliance with organizational policies, and overseeing employee relations to align with business goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing talent and strengthening the company culture, providing support to teams across the organization through every step of their professional journey.

The responsibilities for this position encompass the entire employee lifecycle, from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You will be responsible for HR documentation, attendance tracking, and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with significant opportunities for professional learning and career growth for an individual passionate about building meaningful organizational structures.

Key Requirements

Possession of an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing. Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and attendance management systems. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal relations. Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law compliance. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
