Key Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in Windchill PLM Technical support.
Total professional experience should not exceed 10 years.
Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill software.
Previous experience in CAD environments.
Proven experience in production support and ticket handling.
Ability to monitor PLM systems and perform run activities.
Comfortable working in a run-focused environment with limited change scope.
Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PLM technical issues.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical teams.
