SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER – MECHANICAL ENGINEER @ BLUEFISH TECHNOLOGIES
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer - Mechanical to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires a professional with a solid background in product development and mechanical systems design. You will be responsible for creating innovative mechanical solutions using advanced CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks, and conducting rigorous analysis using ANSYS to ensure product integrity and performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T principles. Exposure to the Life Sciences or Biotech sectors is a significant advantage, particularly regarding GMP and regulatory compliance. As a senior member of the design team, you will manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring all designs meet quality management systems and technical specifications.

Key Requirements
5–8 years in mechanical design & product development
Strong experience in CAD tools (Creo/SolidWorks)
Expertise in ANSYS for simulation and structural analysis
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and system design
Hands-on experience across full product design lifecycle
Biotech/Life Sciences industry exposure is highly preferred
Experience with GMP, QMS & regulatory standards
Ability to create detailed technical documentation for manufacturing
Strong analytical skills for solving complex mechanical problems
