Blink Digital is seeking a dynamic Senior BD Executive specializing in Creative Business Development, PR, and Social Media. This unique role is designed for an individual who excels at driving business through meaningful relationships, innovative ideas, and a deep understanding of cultural trends rather than traditional cold outreach methods. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of business growth and social communication, transforming industry conversations into successful brand collaborations. You will be responsible for building a robust network with decision-makers and marketers, while collaborating internally with creative and PR teams to deliver compelling pitches that resonate with modern brand ecosystems. The role is based in Mumbai and requires a full-time commitment of five days per week at our office. Candidates should bring 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably within an agency setting, and demonstrate a natural talent for people-centric business growth. Your mission will be to integrate idea-led thinking into every potential opportunity, ensuring that Blink Digital remains at the forefront of the creative and digital media landscape. By leveraging your existing industry connects and your ability to navigate the social media brand space, you will play a pivotal role in the agency's expansion and success in the competitive Mumbai market.
Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, PR, or client servicing.
Previous experience working within an agency environment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the social media, digital media, and brand ecosystem.
Proven ability to build and grow relationships with brands and key decision-makers.
Experience driving new business through professional networking and industry connects.
Ability to work closely with creative, PR, and social teams on pitch development.
Capacity to bring relevant, idea-led thinking into every business opportunity.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
Demonstrated success in turning professional access into tangible business opportunities.
