IT SUPPORT & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST @ BLACK SWAN GROUP
Black Swan Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Support & Automation Specialist to manage and support the IT infrastructure across our group companies in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, problem-solving, and workflow automation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems are running smoothly, and developing innovative automation solutions to improve overall business efficiency.
The candidate will oversee software installations, hardware maintenance, and network troubleshooting while leading Zoho development initiatives involving CRM and Creator. You will also contribute to website maintenance and database management. We are looking for a proactive professional who can provide support across multiple locations and users. This is a full-time position in a fast-growing business environment, and immediate joiners are preferred to help drive our technical operations forward.

Key Requirements
Mandatory experience as a Zoho Developer including Zoho CRM, Creator, and Flow.
Proficiency in programming languages specifically SQL and Python.
Strong knowledge of software installation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Ability to set up, monitor, and resolve issues within a network infrastructure.
Experience in website development and maintenance using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proven track record in workflow automation and system optimization for business processes.
Expertise in database management and generating complex technical reports.
Previous experience providing IT support across multiple group companies or locations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
