Successful candidates will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, generate new business through networking and lead-generation platforms, and advise clients on pricing strategies and market conditions. You will leverage cutting-edge marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media to maximize exposure and client engagement. We offer competitive commission splits with performance incentives, no monthly fees, and a collaborative, inclusive team culture to support your professional growth. The position is available for both full-time and part-time commitment on a commission basis.

Key Requirements
Active California Real Estate License (required)
2+ years of residential real estate sales experience in the Bay Area market
Strong local market knowledge and proven track record of closed transactions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM platforms, MLS, and digital marketing tools
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and professional integrity
Ability to work independently in a field-based or remote capacity
Experience in preparing and presenting legal real estate offers and contracts
Proficiency in leveraging social media and virtual tour software for marketing
