CIVIL FOREMAN @ BIZEE
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee operations at our construction sites in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in the field, with a strong ability to manage labor teams and ensure that project goals are met efficiently. You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction activities and ensuring all safety standards are strictly followed. The salary for this position is between $700 and $800 USD per month.

Key Requirements
4 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or site supervisor.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and site layouts.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of workers.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with managers and staff.
Problem-solving mindset to resolve issues that arise on the construction site.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor construction environments.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction is a plus.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different site locations if required.
