Key Requirements
5 to 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of international and local health and safety standards in construction.
Willingness to relocate to or work within various regions of Tanzania.
