Proven experience in sales management or as an area supervisor
Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire high-performing sales teams
Ability to drive area performance and meet sales targets consistently
Experience in the fintech industry or financial services sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills to monitor sales trends and network performance
Ability to build and maintain strong sales networks within the assigned region
