Join the BilisBenta Team at Bilisbenta Corporation as a Human Resource Associate. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to help manage our personnel operations at our Valenzuela City headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee record maintenance, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. The office is located on the 3rd Floor of the HP Building on G Lazaro Road Street in Dalandanan. Applicants are welcome to visit during walk-in hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, to learn more about this exciting opportunity within our dynamic team. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to coordinate recruitment schedules and conduct initial screenings.
Experience in maintaining digital and physical employee records.
High level of interpersonal skills for employee relations.
Willingness to work on-site at our Valenzuela City office.
Detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
