As part of a regional leadership team, you will collaborate with experts across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ethiopia to ensure a unified approach to transformation. The role demands a blend of sales acumen and technical understanding of transformation services. You will be tasked with scaling the business within the Tanzanian market while maintaining a high standard of service and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the East African region.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
