SALES DIRECTOR - EAST AFRICA @ BEST MINDS AFRICA
A leading transformation consulting firm is seeking a Sales Director to lead its expansion into Ethiopia. This role is part of a broader regional strategy to provide high-level enterprise solutions across East Africa. You will be responsible for establishing new partnerships, leading local sales teams, and driving the adoption of technology consulting services within the Ethiopian public and private sectors.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in enterprise sales leadership roles.
Proven track record of driving regional growth specifically in East Africa.
Deep experience in technology consulting or digital transformation services.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Strong existing network with top-tier enterprises and public-sector clients.
Strategic mindset focused on market expansion and long-term partnership building.
Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the East African region.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
In-depth understanding of the East African economic landscape and regulatory environment.
