PROJECT CONTROLS LEAD @ BERGAILA
The Project Controls Lead will be responsible for overseeing cost and schedule controls for a significant project located in Carlsbad, NM. This role involves utilizing data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Spotfire to manage project data and ensure that cost control and schedule control achievements are met according to company standards. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate a high level of expertise in data analytics programming using SQL or Python and will supervise a team to drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project framework. Compensation for this position is $93.00/hour.
This is a long-term assignment with a duration of 18 months or more, requiring a work schedule of at least 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or construction management field and be willing to relocate to the project site. Key Requirements
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Spotfire required
Data analytics programming experience in SQL or Python preferred
Experience in project controls focused on cost control and schedule control achievements
Supervisory experience required
Certification(s) in the project management discipline from a recognized organization (Primavera, PMI, AACE etc.) preferred
Willing to relocate to required project site
Knowledgeable with company project management best practices framework and key work processes
Demonstrated ability to drive creativity, innovation and continuous improvement
Strong Influencing, Consulting, Mentoring, Analytical, and Computing skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Adaptability to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
