AEROSPACE ENGINEER @ BELCAN
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the engineering, qualification, and production of advanced composite aerospace components. Your primary responsibilities will include design interpretation, managing materials and tolerances, and ensuring manufacturability across all aerospace builds. The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000.
The ideal candidate will integrate composite materials, processes, and tooling with new technologies to enhance manufacturing readiness and process improvements. You will lead root-cause analysis efforts and ensure strict adherence to AS9100, ITAR, and various customer compliance standards. Additionally, you will support prototypes, manage the transition to production, and facilitate new product introductions, contributing to the overall success of our aerospace manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements
BS in Engineering/Aerospace/Materials
5–7 years aerospace + composite manufacturing experience
Experience with CATIA, drawings, specs & documentation
Strong problem‑solving, quality mindset & hands‑on manufacturing skills
Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR)
Support aerospace builds including design interpretation and materials
Integrate composite materials, processes, tooling & new technologies
Guide manufacturing readiness and root-cause analysis
Ensure AS9100, ITAR, and customer compliance
Support prototypes, production transition & new product introductions
