The Director is responsible for ensuring product quality, safety compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous innovation across all product lines, including functional foods and nutritional supplements. Key duties involve leading plant performance initiatives, overseeing ingredients and new product development, driving process optimization, and managing packaging systems and production lines. A primary focus is maintaining absolute compliance with standards such as HACCP, FDA, and FSMA, implementing corrective actions based on regulatory updates, and leading strong cross-functional teams in R&D, QA, operations, and supply chain management. Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in food manufacturing or processing leadership
Strong knowledge of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality systems

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition (Preferred)
Experience with supplements or functional food production (Preferred)
