The roles span critical areas such as optimizing food production processes, managing ingredient sourcing, and standardizing formulas. Successful candidates will also be involved in technology transfer, process scale-up, and equipment validation. Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field 3–10+ years of relevant industry experience in food production, safety, or related fields Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements Demonstrated success in process improvement or product innovation Strong documentation and communication skills Results-driven, quality-focused professional mindset Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining HACCP, FSMA, and GMP compliance programs Experience conducting food safety audits and managing regulatory submissions Ability to manage product development (NPD) and reformulation initiatives Proficiency in areas such as process scale-up, equipment validation, and cross-site technology transfer
