SENIOR ACCOUNTANT @ BARAMATI SCRAP AND WASTE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED
Baramati Scrap and Waste Management Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete accounting processes, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and the General Ledger. You will ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations while preparing detailed financial statements and MIS reports to guide company decision-making.
In this role, you will also coordinate statutory and internal audits, monitor cash flow, and engage in strategic financial planning. As a leader within the organization, you will supervise the Accounts Team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. We are specifically looking for professionals who can start immediately and have a strong background in the waste management or industrial sectors.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is required.
CA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis.
Proven ability to manage complete accounting operations (AR, AP, GL).
Experience in preparing financial statements and detailed MIS reports.
Capability to coordinate both statutory and internal audits.
Strong leadership skills to supervise and mentor the accounts team.
