Bansal Roofing (BRPL) is looking for a seasoned Sales Head to lead their PEB project sales operations in the Gujarat Region. Based at the Vadodara Head Office, the Sales Head will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales strategy for the company's expanding PEB portfolio. BRPL is a leading manufacturer with a massive production facility and is currently scaling its operations to meet high demand in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
As the Sales Head, you will be accountable for regional business growth, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team towards achieving organizational goals. You will oversee activities across multiple cities including Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Vapi, Surat, and Rajkot. The role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between production capabilities and market needs while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professional integrity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Significant proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in construction or PEB.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and high-level presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities to guide a regional sales force.
Expertise in identifying and developing strategic business opportunities at a high level.
In-depth knowledge of competitor activities and market trends in the Gujarat Region.
Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships.
Skills in preparing complex sales proposals and negotiating large-scale contracts.
Experience collaborating with production teams for large-scale project fulfillment and timelines.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting regional sales targets.
