Bajaj Finserv is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager specializing in Sales Finance to join their team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small to medium-sized sales team (1 to 10 members) and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include utilizing exceptional relationship management skills to relate effectively to all levels of management and business partners. The role requires proactive business development, focusing on initiating and nurturing relationships with crucial decision-makers within target organizations.
A core aspect of this position involves identifying, networking, and collaborating with financially strong and reliable channel partners to ensure deeper market penetration and extended reach. The Assistant Sales Manager must be a strong team leader, capable of inspiring and directing the team to consistently achieve set targets. Candidates must possess a Post Graduate degree or an MBA (Finance/Marketing). While prior experience of 2 to 3 years in the Financial Services Industry is strongly preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
