This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about building high-performing, SEO-optimized digital experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be instrumental in developing client websites and landing pages using WordPress and PHP while working closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and deliver high-quality web solutions. Your daily responsibilities will involve enhancing website architecture, content, and linking structures to maximize SEO performance. You will also monitor website health and user behavior using advanced tools like Google Analytics and FB Pixel to provide data-driven insights. In addition to core development, you will be responsible for modifying themes and plugins to suit evolving business needs, ensuring all websites remain secure, user-friendly, and highly optimized for speed across all devices.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in WordPress, PHP, and SEO-related development projects.
Strong HTML/CSS skills and a solid understanding of web application security protocols.
Demonstrated experience with hosting environments, site migrations, and server management.
Proficiency in monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics and FB Pixel.
Proven ability to modify or develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet business needs.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field of study.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional team projects.
Ability to join the company immediately and currently residing in Dubai.
Expertise in enhancing website architecture and linking structures to improve organic search rankings.
