UX DESIGNER @ AYANDA DATATECH RECRUIT
Join a prestigious luxury travel brand as a UX Designer, where you will be instrumental in shaping world-class digital experiences for high-end clientele. You will work onsite in Cape Town, focusing on designing intuitive user journeys that not only drive engagement but also convert enquiries into bookings. This role requires a blend of creative design and analytical thinking to ensure the digital platform perfectly reflects a premium brand experience. The salary for this position is R32 000 – R35 000 per month.
You will be responsible for conducting extensive user research and testing to iterate on designs and improve overall conversion rates. Working closely with developers, marketing experts, SEO specialists, and data teams, you will create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a deep understanding of AI-driven digital journeys, and a portfolio that demonstrates successful UX implementations in e-commerce or content-heavy environments.

Key Requirements
Strong UX/Product Design experience with a solid portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Demonstrated knowledge of user research and usability testing.
Data-led optimization skills for digital platforms.
AI literacy and understanding of evolving digital user journeys.
South African citizenship (mandatory).
Ability to design intuitive user journeys and engagement strategies.
Experience creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborative skills to work with developers, SEO, and marketing teams.
Ability to maintain and enhance a premium brand identity through design.
