Key Requirements
Prior relevant experience in tyre fitting and wheel balancing.
Proficiency in operating computerized balancing machines.
Skill in mounting and dismounting various tyre sizes.
Knowledge of tyre wear patterns and safety indicators.
Manual dexterity and physical strength for handling wheels.
Ability to perform tasks with high speed and accuracy.
Basic understanding of wheel rim types and specifications.
Strong team cooperation skills within a workshop.
Ability to maintain and clean technical equipment.
Professionalism in following supervisor instructions.
