CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ ATRIUM PROJECT MANAGEMENT (APM)

Key Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction management.
Previous experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is essential.
Proven track record in Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects.
Strong expertise in Construction Management practices and methodologies.
Ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams on mega projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Proficiency in project scheduling and construction budgeting software.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
