OPENTEXT DOCUMENTUM DEVELOPER (SENIOR) @ ASOFTTEK
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OpenText Documentum Developer to join our team in Reston, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex Documentum applications while leveraging modern API development and AWS cloud services to significantly enhance our enterprise content management capabilities. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and implementing system enhancements and migrations to ensure our technical infrastructure remains cutting-edge and efficient for all users across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Java and Python, alongside a deep mastery of Documentum components like Content Server, D2, and DFC. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Jira. By managing AWS cloud backend services including EC2, ECS, and Lambda, you will ensure secure and efficient deployments that meet our high standards for performance, reliability, and security within our modern technical stack.
Key Requirements
10+ years in Documentum development and troubleshooting.
Deep knowledge of Content Server, D2 (Config/Smart View), xPlore, and DFC.
7+ years with Java and Python with a solid understanding of design patterns.
5+ years of hands-on AWS experience including EC2, ECS, RDS, and Lambda.
Ability to identify and implement system enhancements and migrations.
Strong experience building REST APIs using the Spring Framework.
Proficient with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
Expertise in troubleshooting cloud deployments and security policies.
Professional experience with Tomcat and various Relational Databases.
Comfortable working in Scrum environments with strong self-management skills.
