Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Significant experience working in a quality control role within a manufacturing facility.
Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
Proficiency in quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and FMEA.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and problem-solving.
Ability to manage and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
High level of attention to detail and a commitment to precision in manufacturing.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Competency in generating and maintaining detailed technical reports and documentation.
