You will be responsible for overseeing quality control measures, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to resolve any technical issues that arise during production. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Previous experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) like ISO 9001.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects.
Ability to perform audits and inspections on manufacturing processes.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
